Courses are available for individuals, groups and corporate settings.  Classes held at your place of business or our classroom.

Meets Labor and Industry requirements. WAC  296-54-51520, WAC 296-800-15005 and WAC 296-823-12005 core rules, OHSA 29 CFR,

WISHA and courses are current with all  JAMA, ECC, ILCOR  guidelines. Meets WIAA requirements for coaching. We are listed by Washington State Department of Health

Certification on completion of the course and CPR and First Aid valid for two years. BBP certification valid for one year. HIV/AIDS (KNOW) certification valid for life at this time by Washington State.

* Hands-OnlyTM CPR vs. Conventional CPR with breaths *

Are there times when one should use conventional CPR with breaths?
"Yes. There are many medical emergencies that cause a person to be unresponsive and to stop breathing normally. In those emergencies, CPR that includes mouth to mouth breathing may provide more benefit than hands-OnlyTM CPR. "

The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends conventional CPR (CPR with a combination of breaths and compressions) for:

  • All infants (up to age 1)
  • Children (up to age 8)
  • Adult victims who are found already unconscious and not breathing normally
  • Any victims of drowning, drug overdose or collapse due to breathing problems.
